Brief: Head Office refurbishment

Requirements: We have worked with Mansell McTaggart for over ten years, completing several smaller projects at other Mansell McTaggart offices during that time. For the Burgess Hill head office refurbishment, the key challenge was to complete the works while keeping the front office open as normal.

Systems: Works included newly plastered ceilings and the redesign and installation of LED lighting throughout. Power sockets were relocated to suit the new desk formation. A 105mm double-glazed wall with a double-glazed pocket door was installed to create a boardroom-style office area for management meetings, quiet staff working, and informal use. A solid partition wall was installed to conceal the existing staircase. Two pocket doors were used to maintain access upstairs and create a useful understairs cupboard for office essentials.

Conclusion: Together with Hassocks Eye Care shop refit, these projects show our ability to deliver commercial refurbishments that combine careful planning, phased delivery, detailed finishes, and bespoke features, while keeping disruption to clients and their customers to a minimum.
